Therapy is a collaborative journey. In each session, I will provide a safe and non-judgmental space to explore your challenges.
Your consultation will take about 15-30 minutes. I will focus on your strengths and work with you to develop goals that feel achievable and meaningful.
Finding the right therapist is important. I encourage you to reach out, ask questions, and discuss your needs during an initial consultation, which takes about 15-30 minutes. This will help you determine if my approach aligns with your goals.
I specialize in providing trauma-informed care, with a focus on helping individuals navigate life transitions, manage anxiety, and heal from trauma, including PTSD. I also have experience working with a wide range of issues, including behavioral challenges, LGBTQ+ concerns, relationship dynamics, self-esteem, and stress. My approach to psychotherapy is always client-centered, ensuring that your unique needs and experiences guide our work together.
Therapy isn't helpful if it's not affordable. If you don't see your insurance provider below or would like to discuss options, please reach out. Sliding scale options are available based on financial need.
